Celebrate 9 Portola Valley Artists

When one mentions Silicon Valley, most would think of a community of engineers, venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs and would seldom think of an artists’ community.  We have a rich and diverse tapestry of talent in our small hamlet.  The Portola Valley Cultural Arts Committee invites you to celebrate the many fine artists in our town with the inaugural gallery show highlighting nine of our village’s fine artists.

Artists have always gathered in some of the most beautiful places in the world, and few places are more beautiful than Portola Valley. A sample of the work of nine Portola Valley artists will be on display at the Kriewall-Haehl Gallery at Woodside Priory, 302 Portola Road, Portola Valley from October 3rd to November 5th from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Please also join us for music, wine and hors d’oeuvres at an Artists Reception on October 15th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Kriewall-Haehl Gallery at Woodside Priory, 302 Portola Valley.  Musicians, Angela Schillace and Kari Rust will be providing the music for the event, and Thomas Fogarty Winery and Portola Vineyards will be offering complimentary wine. The Cultural Arts Committee deeply appreciates their generosity and support of this community event. Please join us for what promises to be a lively celebration of our community’s many talented artists.
